	INSTRUCTIONS TO GET YOUR OWN PHOTO DISPLAY
1.	Select the images you want to show in the gallery. To cover the cost of setting up a gallery page, a charge of $35 is required.  That provides for 6 photos. Additional photos may be submitted in sets of 3 at a cost of $10.
2.	DOWNLOAD THIS FORM.  It is a Microsoft Word document that allows you to provide the necessary information. Just folllow the instructions provided in the document. PLEASE make sure each image is identified and the desired sequence number noted along with a caption.
3.	When the document is complete, send an email using the link below. ** Attach the document and all images to be used.
